This portfolio is a collection of my work that shows a dedication to learning and advancing my social work skills. Each section provides work completed during graduate courses or during practicum placements.

         In the navigation menu you will notice the sections of Resume, Philosophy Statement, Social Justice, Policy, Research, Clinical SW Practice, and Field. The Resume section contains a copy of my most up-to-date resume. In the Philosophy Statement section you will find my personal philosophy statement to include my future goals within the social work profession. The Social Justice section contains a document that was created to advocate for youth in the juvenile justice system facing certain commitment stipulations.  The next section labeled Policy you will find an informative document about the Family First Prevention Act and how it can be of benefit to agencies and families not yet qualified for foster care but in need of services. Within the Research section you will notice a document that contains a suggested research proposal on the topic of decreasing the use of nicotine or tobacco use among adolescents. For the next section titled Clinical SW Practice you will find a BioPshycoSocialSpiritual Assessment that was completed by gathering information during an assessment with a fictional client. Lastly, in the Field section is a thorough 8-week agenda created for a DBT skills group that took place during my practicum placement.
