This is my e-portfolio that provides examples of my work. On the left margin are sections that provide examples of my best work during my MSW program. The first section is a link to my resume which displays my dedication and determination to grow my social work skills over the years through education and experience. The second section is my philosophy statement which describes my motivation to why I chose social work as a profession and my passion for continuing to reach short and long-term professional goals. The third section is social justice and my advocacy work during my first field practicum at Burrell Crisis Center. I was able to create a resource document for clients once they discharged the facility. The fourth section is my graduate work in policy, which showcases my ability to evaluate policies and their effectiveness through research. The fifth section is research and evaluation, which demonstrates my competence to effectively evaluate an evidence-based smoking cessation program to determine its effectiveness and provide feedback to increase the program’s sustainability and effectiveness. The sixth section is clinical practice, and it identifies my clinical ability to accurately diagnose a fictitious client using the DSM-5 and create a treatment plan for evidence-based interventions that cater to the client’s needs.  The final section of my e-portfolio is my field experience. This section highlights my knowledge of evidence-based interventions and how to effectively implement an integrated health group in a youth residential facility.
