Clustered apartments are such a valuable service for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. These services assist individuals to stay in their own home safe and independently. With this intensive service, individuals can receive access to 24/7 services such as education, crisis management, medication management assistance, coping support and monitoring points of ingress and egress of psychiatric symptoms. These services will assist individuals to be successful in their home and reduce inpatient hospitalizations for psychiatric symptoms.
