  1. Metro Trans Umbrella Group

The resource is for individuals under the wide umbrella of “trans” and provides information for food pantries, STI testing, free name change assistance, and gender-affirming clothing with a private changing room called Alix’s Closet. Their goal is to provide community and support

  1. MO Trans Equality

This website provides trans resources that are available in MO. There is primarily information for name and gender change information for federal IDs and records.

  1. Focus STL

Focus St. Louis is a civic leadership organization and nonprofit. The goal is to prepare diverse individuals to work cooperatively through experience-based leadership, training, civic issue education and public engagement initiatives.

  1. Covenant House MO

Covenant House is for youth who are runaway, trafficked, at-risk, or experiencing homelessness. They provide a respectful and loving environment to provide a home for kids. They also try to provide helpful solutions for young people aged 16-24.

  1. YMCA Metro STL

YMCA Metro has women’s services and assists more than 1,000 victims annually. They are a domestic violence sexual assault response team who works with STL City and country police, hospitals, and prosecutors, and also service agencies.

6.  Safe Connections by Blackwell Digital

These are St. Louis and national resources that have help lines, hotlines, suicide lines, sexual assault numbers, domestic violence numbers, and other ones such as elder abuse. There are also advocacy services in the STL region along with legal services and services for perpetrators.
